1. A non-refundable retainer of 20% paid in advance is required to secure the date and will be applied to balance owed. Balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before the event.
   Client agrees to cooperate fully with LDW and understands that without full cooperation, satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.
2. It is understood and agreed that LDW cannot guarantee to produce any video product of any specific object(s), situation(s), person(s), or event(s) or in combination thereof, taken by LDW in the performance of the duties and/or services specified in this assignment.
3. It is the responsibility of the Client to secure permission of the wedding facility to videotape the event. If permission is not granted, LDW will refund no more than 1/2 of retainer paid. LDW will always abide by the rules of the facility regarding camera placement and other related elements during the ceremony. LDW will maintain proper decorum and discretion at all times.
4. LDW must be informed as to any potential problems including inclement weather (alternative location), electrical power availability, civil disturbance, etc. LDW will make every effort to fulfill its commitment, but cannot perform outside causes beyond our control.
5. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this contract by Client, an additional $100.00 must be paid to secure a new date. This fee as well as the original retainer will be applied to the balance. All monies paid may be used for any future event up to one year past the original date.
6. LDW reserves the right to use the original tape and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. (Unless requested not to by the client)
7. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks and must be paid before delivery of video(s).
8. LDW takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, editing, duplication and delivery of the video products and services offered. However, in the event the LDW fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event or act outside of the control of LDW, LDW's liability is limited to the refund of the retainer(s).
